You really only need to move the PST (Outlook Data File) and create a new profile using this PST, the other files Outlook uses are created as you use Outlook. Things to keep in mind when you are preparing the new computer: By default Outlook 2010 and up automatically leave POP3 mail on the server for 14 days.
